A BILL making a supplementary appropriation of federal funds out of
the treasury from the balance of moneys remaining
unappropriated for the fiscal year ending the thirtieth day of
June, two thousand five, to the bureau of commerce - division
of miners' health, safety and training, fund 8709, fiscal year
2005, organization 0314, all supplementing and amending the
appropriation for the fiscal year ending the thirtieth day of
June, two thousand five.
WHEREAS, The governor has established the availability of
federal funds for a continuing program now available for
expenditure during the fiscal year ending the thirtieth day of
June, two thousand five, which is hereby appropriated by the terms
of this supplementary appropriation bill; therefore
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That the total appropriation for the fiscal year ending the
thirtieth day of June, two thousand five, to fund 8709, fiscal year 2005, organization 0314, be supplemented and amended by increasing
the total appropriation as follows:
